I know it’s been pretty springy for a while now.. like since October! But spring is finally, officially, for reals, no kidding around, here now! So no more fussing about the weather being weird.
Yep! The birds are twittering about how much like like to tweet. The trees are blooming and getting ready to make you sneeze. Everywhere you look, everything screams “Hooray for Spring!!!”
So with spring officially sprung, it’s the perfect time to have a delicious and nutritious macaron! Cause it’s also Macaron Day!!!
In fact, if you happened to be in New York City today, you could have stopped by one of 16 participating bakeries for a free macaron! But if not, there’s always next year!
